TBU Minecraft is back
The TBU Minecraft server is back online. I have downgraded it to a 10 slot server and converted it to run the current version of Tekkit.
Currently its not that much more to maintain the server with the existing Mumble server, and since there has been some interest in maintaining the server I decided to downgrade the server and convert it than cancel it.
If the server population ever increases I will raise the server’s slots as needed.

Space Engineers [1.06] – Camera Zoom and Damage Effects
Damage Effects, Camera Zoom, Shaking Tools, and API Documentation plus some bug fixes. The server will remain with Tool Shaking off, so you dont have to worry about drill shaking you to bits.

Space Engineers [1.067] – Voxel Hands and Terminal Weapon Control
Bit late on the update this week. I wanted to give Space Engineers plenty of time to do hotfixes. There was a bug on initial patch release that would delete stuff. If there are any issues I have backup the world, so it can be recovered to today if need be.
This updated adds Voxel Hands to creative, and the ability to control weapons through a terminal. They have also addressed some of the crashing issues that players have had with the game. I am assuming the issues with items deleting when they are not supposed to is due to trying to fix cargo ships not deleting.

Space Engineers [1.066] – GPS and Text Screens
GPS, we all pretty much saw this one coming. This was a needed feature with unlimited space. They also added “Text Screens”. Basically a object you can store text one, but the item will not display the text unless you use the item. Hopefully they will have it display later on.
Also, due to the continual issue with landing gears, I added a Magnetic Plate mod. This will work for creating a landing deck for your ships. Just dont forget to turn the ships off when you park them so they dont fight the movement of the larger ship.

Space Engineers [1.065] – Communications
Communications. That’s the update for this week, well that and a few bug fixes. With this update you will be able to privately chat with people through your antenna network.
They have also included some more improvements on the programming system as well.

Space Engineers [1.064] – Sensor Ownership, View Range
Another week, and yes another update. This one introduces Sensor ownership settings, view distance settings, and ship speed (through mods)
Not sure why they made ship speed though mods and not through a server setting.
