Updated to Bukkit 1.3.1-R2.0 and New plugins added

Updated the server and added some plugins to help revive our player base.

Added mcMMO, Towny, SignEdit, and SignShop

An Economy Plugins has also been added: GoldIsMoney. It has been configured to use Emeralds as money, so have fun.

One note on Towny, beware when you purchase a plot, make sure you do not overlap someone else’s WorldGuard Region. If you do this, you will not be refunded the emeralds that were spent on the plot.

Sticks can be used to get region data.

I will also be reworking the commands page and updating it with the new stuff.
