Yeah a 600w is plenty.
The cpu is a little bit low end if your going to be gaming. Still a good cpu.
Problem is the website recommends you use a 95w cpu only on this board. So your good there. No real room to upgrade though.
You still will be able to skirt by on what you have.
Also a micro atx board? Do you just have a small case?
Send me a pic of that case. Now I'm Curious.
The only problem I see is the M/B Chipsets for the ram. Yours is a NVIDIA MCP68S.
Your ram only supports
Intel P55
lntel H55
Intel X48
Intel P45
Intel X38
AMD 890 Series
AMD 790 Series
Whoops
Here try a ram that is as bitchy
Less bitchy ram! Also do a memory test on your ram when you get your computer running. Just adding that in here.

Thing is if you get incompatible memory. Well it can be a little flaky... for starters it can be slow to read or write. Or wont even write at all. So the system will detect the new ram, but not really use it. Or you will get stuck on post, or a black screen. Yes I've had this happen before. With a M/B that was picky about it's ram. Cough cough EVGA. I went ahead and downloaded the manual for that board. Seems like this ram will be better suited. Do a Memory test on them. If any thing is flaky send that shit back.
