Just want to let everyone know that we are still working on setting everything up. We are setting up all the plugins on the Dev server and then will copy the settings over.

This has been a bit of slow going this week since me and Lost have been working around a busy schedule, but we have been putting time into it every night

So far we have the economy system set, there is now going to be a exchange rate.

1 Emerald = $1
10 Emeralds = 1 Iron Ingot
40 Emeralds = 1 Gold Ingot
64 Emeralds = 1 Diamond

We have also adjusted the NPC Shops to reflect the current values.

Right now we are working on balancing out Towny

Does this mean that we will be able to exchange 1 iron ingot for 10 emeralds, 1 gold ingot for 40 emeralds, and 1 diamond for 64 emeralds or do I have this backwards?

You are correct.

After the reset the server will mostly be a Towny server and will players will need to use Towny to purchase plots. Players will also have to maintain the plots as well by keeping enough emeralds in thier town account.

We are basically balancing out the whole thing. Money will be easier to get in a way since you can trade to NPC's and exchange the above materials or deposit them into your account.

The other side of this is that once a plot becomes abandoned it will revert back to winderness and will be like not one built there. The only thing that does not revert when a plot reverts is ore.

Two other aspects as well to Towny.
In the wilderness Creapers and such will be able to blow up the environment, but it will regenerate.
In towns Creaper explosions will be dissabled.

We have also dissabled the Wither block damage for everywhere, so no worries about people using these to grief.
