Reports of prop blocking and spamming
I logged in, to find netgraph saying that the server was on its knees from propspam;
I kicked him (meant to do ban), and then cleaned the map (A few people lost things such as a worm, 2 plants and associated parts, and a vending machine; another guy wanted guns and resources that he lost in a suitcase from death, but I denied that while reimbursing the major items). Ec0 came back while I was reimbursing, and said that he was targetting the server (Prepare for any attacks, if he is actually going to do so). Shortly after he did so, I banned him with the reason "You were warned."

I was also told that Ec0 and girl were both abusing OOC plenty, with girl being obvious in the chatlog.
