Proper Format should be followed at all times, if not, an appeal may be deleted, not responded to, or locked.
These must be neat and orderly so we can deal with them efficiently, and as fast as possible.

Ban Appeals-
To make an appeal for your ban, you must first put [Server Banned From], then [Appeal] in the beginning of your subject line, and then your name
For example: [PostNukeRP][Appeal] JohnSmith12345
Your appeal must include:
1. Your Name and SteamID for proper identification.
2. Server that you were banned from.
3. Why you were banned.
4. Date and Time that this happened, so we can check the log files.
5. Information regarding what happened, and who was involved.
6. If others were involved, their names and SteamID's (if possible) for identification purposes.
7. Any other information that is relevant to the report.

Player Reporting-
If you wish to report a player who is breaking the rules, you must put the [Server Name] in the beginning of your subject line, followed by the [Report], then their name.
For example: [Build Server][Report] JohnSmith12345
Your report must include:
1. Your name and SteamID for Identification.
2. Server name.
3. The name and SteamID (if possible) of the person you're reporting.
4. Why you are reporting them.
5. Approximate Date and time of when they were breaking the rules.
6. Any evidence you have (screenshots, video, etc.) of them breaking the rules.
7. Any extra information relevant to the report.

Admin Ban Reports-
Admins reporting bans must include [Server Name][Ban]["Time"] in the beginning of the subject line followed by the banned player's name.
For example: [Tekkit][Ban][Perma] JohnSmith12345
["Time"] should be either: [Perma], [Week], or [Day].
The ban report should include:
1. The player's name and SteamID.
2. Server Name.
3. Why they were banned.
4. Approximate time and date that the event happened or when the player was banned, so if an appeal is made it can be found easier in the logs.
