We've had evolve for quite some time on the build server, and I'm finally tired of its crap. GMod 13 basically ruined any chance evolve had at being a good admin mod, and it was dead even before that happened.
After looking into possible solutions, I found three options. Assmod, ULX, or a new admin mod in development called "Exsto".
Assmod may be stable but it has no chat commands, a crappy UI and lacks so many necessary features for a build server.
ULX I couldn't even find an SVN for.
Exsto is a really pretty looking admin mod and it is quite functional, it had all of the features of evolve (pre gm13) and more, in a neater package. It is currently still being converted from gm12 by the developers and suffers from a handful of bugs. None of these issues hinder its usage as an admin tool, and it is under active development.
I have also been in contact with two of the developers regarding issues and using our server as a test bed. They are happy to help with issues and are passionate about their project, as of now it is installed and running on the build server with little issue.
Because of this, all ranks have been reset and we are back to the default scoreboard (for now). Please contact an admin when on the server to regain your rank, sorry for the inconvenience.
