Ok, dont go crazy on this, and keep the sugestions resonable.

Few things need to be considered before sugesting something.

1. The plugin must be maintained regularly
2. It should fit the mood of the server. Basically the server will stay survival.
3. Echonemy plugins have to use emeralds as the currency

As plugins are added, they will get removed from the lists below.

Posible Pluginn List:
Towny Advanced Added
SignEdit Added
PistonChest
SignShop Added
mcMMO Added
GoldIsMoney Added

Plugins that dont make the list:

Plugin Notes:
Towny Advanced
So far so good, just one issue though. Towny does not check for worldguard regions, so people will have to be carfull that the chunk you claim does not overlap someone else's worldguard region.

SignEdit
Seems good, should be added to the server soon.

SignShop
Some issues here, could be a bukkit related issue. Rather buggy, same with PhysicalShop as well.

GoldIsMoney
Working good, using this we are able to have the server use emeralds as the currency.

Im thinking we look into towny after 1.3, i looked at it a little and i like how many options it has like a separate chat for groups of players, claim sell auction your own property within a town, give out ranks to people within the town, make a tax for living in the town, and the nation part of it which i have yet to check out much but looks interesting.

Even with a small group of people this mod would be nice just for a separate chat, and people easily being able to claim, sell, or auction off there property. One more thing, you can declare war on other towns for pvp but im not sure how that works much.

PropertyGuard
Essentially a DIY WorldGuard.
Requires an Economy as the plot has a price
It is easier than traditional WorldGuard with commands like /pg buy <plotname> rather than /region define <plotname> <user/s>

Chest Shop
Allows players to buy and sell
Integrates with an Economy well

Showcase
Allows you to display items on half-blocks
Could be used in the Museum
Has support for EssentialsEconomy, iConomy 4&5 and BOSEconomy

Showcase, i say no as it causes more lag, PG we wont need if we get towny and Chest Shop is always nice but we will need to wait till 1.3 with that as well as towny.

Showcase doesn't cause lag unless you have a million showcases around. If showcase causes lag, then every block drop would cause lag. I'm sure a few showcases wouldn't hurt.
