BattleEye: Admin Ban (Public Varriable Restriction:#5) 1. BE GUID: 65410b87 2. LYCABOSS 3. Was transferring gear from a tractor we won in a firefight to our camp tents, and I was disconnected/banned. My connection history may look odd, playing from a hotel and I have to swap wifi-hotspots when load gets to heavy, and it changes my public ip address. |

I realize words don't mean much, but I assure you I wasn't hacking or running any scripts/attacks/whatever. What suspicious activity did your logs record for me? |

You aren't convincing me, because PublicVariable Restriction #5 cannot be triggered by legitimate players. If you explain how to trigger it so that I can do it myself legitimately, prove me wrong. Otherwise, you're staying banned. |

Honestly I don't know, and my google-fu isn't coming up with anything to tell me what that is. If it's an item restriction thing, the only thing I can think of would be the equipment I took out of a tractor my team 'received' after a firefight with some bandit who tried to attack the squad. Maybe the M16A2/M203, I think I may have equipped it just a short time before the ban kicked in. |

I don't know what/when your server's publicvariableval.txt (specifically #5) was last updated, but reading around it looks like I must've picked up an item from the tractor driver (who combat logged) perked battleeye. I've been into many other public hive whitelist servers in the meantime, no issues. I assure you I'm a legitimate player. Just bummed because I'm out the time it took to setup camp on US 1994. |

You were not kicked for having an item, you were kicked for a script which is blocked in publicvariable.txt, not publicvariableval.txt. We use the latest BE filters from the DayZ community banlist project on google code. Auto-kicking for illegitimate items is obsolete, anyways. It does not work anymore.
